Terms & Conditions
Your order
If you believe that your item has been lost in transit or has not been delivered for any reason, you must contact us within 31 days of the confirmation of your order, so that we can investigate. We regret that we are unable to accept claims for lost items that are reported more than 31 days after confirmation.
When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Refunds
You may return part or all of your order for refund if:
- The book or papers were found to be damaged or faulty. We will either replace the book or give you a full refund (including postage costs where applicable). Please state which option you'd prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before dispatching a new one.
- The book or papers were incorrectly supplied. If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund (including postage costs where applicable) will be given.
- Books or papers returned requesting a replacement or refund due to ordering the wrong product will incur an administration charge and all costs of postage where applicable.
Where an order is cancelled before the goods are despatched, but after payment has been made, a small charge will be made to cover the credit card transaction costs we have incurred.
